WELCOME!
The MAC is a newly created arts facility in Torquay, Victoria, Australia.
It is a combined theatre/gallery space designed to be used by local and visiting artists.
The MAC is under the control of a Board of Management appointed in January 2021 and which started its formal operation as a Board on signature of the formal lease agreement with the Surf Coast Shire in February 2021. The programming. the operational duties and the management/administration of each space is being undertaken by two different Incorporated Associations: Torquay Theatre Troupe Inc. (theatre) and Surf Coast Arts Space Inc. (Gallery) who are each responsible for meeting the broad expectations of The MAC Board.

The cost for hire of each space (theatre / gallery / meeting space) is here but final costs need to be discussed with the relevant Management Group for each of the spaces.
